He has been involved in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, consumer dispute redressal commissions, and other statutory tribunals, handling matters relating to consumer protection, real estate disputes, matrimonial proceedings, and corporate governance conflicts.
Alongside litigation practice, he advises businesses on corporate and commercial legal matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts such as master service agreements, technology procurement contracts, software licensing arrangements, SaaS and cloud service agreements, and cross-border service contracts. His advisory work also includes regulatory compliance, intellectual property licensing, contractual risk management, and dispute resolution strategy.

Orris Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. v. Manoj Aggarwal & Others — Supreme Court of India Assisted the counsel team in appellate proceedings arising from real estate and consumer disputes involving developer obligations and homebuyer claims. The matter formed part of connected civil appeals before the Supreme Court relating to orders passed by consumer adjudicatory forums.
Shikha Taneja v. Manish Taneja — Delhi High Court Appeared in proceedings before the Delhi High Court concerning delays in matrimonial proceedings under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The Court exercised supervisory jurisdiction and directed the Family Court to take up the matter urgently and dispose of it expeditiously.

Reinuka Paul v. Ramprastha Promoters and Developers Pvt. Ltd. — District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Gurgaon Represented the complainant in a consumer dispute arising from prolonged delay in delivery of possession of a residential unit. The Commission allowed the complaint and directed the developer to refund the deposited amount along with interest, compensation, and litigation costs.

Rakesh Kumar v. Redefine Express Pvt. Ltd. & Others — National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Provided legal research and litigation assistance to lead counsel in a petition under Sections 241–242 of the Companies Act, 2013 concerning allegations of oppression and mismanagement, disputed share transfers, and challenges to board resolutions. The Tribunal held that the petitioner failed to establish acts amounting to oppression or mismanagement and dismissed the petition.
